I started with John in an effort to quit smoking.
I wanted to quit smoking without picking up any other bad habits.
I experienced positive reinforcement while working with John
to help guide me in difficult situations.
Rather than just working on the habit of smoking,
we worked on behavioral changes as well.
I feel now that I am more aware of smoking triggers
and how to cope with those triggers.
The methods have been positive in everyday situations.
I have been able to be in the moment and realize the triggers
and defuse any attachment to those triggers.
I would definitely recommend this smoking cessation program to anybody wanting to quit.
